The Girl from the Balkans, a Resident of the Alps, and a Student of the World
Travel photography and cultural documentation
Born and raised in Bulgaria, I grew up with a deep appreciation for heritage and the raw beauty of the "unfiltered" world. My professional journey eventually led me to Switzerland, where I've spent years mastering the art of precision and organization as a Program Manager. While my home is now in the Alps, my heart has always been nomadic, driving me to explore over 20 countries in search of something deeper than a postcard—a genuine connection to the human experience.
My travels aren't defined by monuments, but by the people I meet along the way. I spent my most transformative months living in the remote Highlands of Papua New Guinea and the vibrant chaos of India, choosing to live exactly as the locals do. Whether it was interviewing tribal leaders about ancient rituals or sharing a meal in a village kitchen, I learned that the most profound lessons don't come from guidebooks; they come from listening to the stories of those who see the world differently than we do.
Today, my mission is to peel back the curtain on "No Network" regions and invite you to see the world through a lens of radical authenticity. I don't believe in being a tourist; I believe in being a guest. Through my guided tours in the three countries I know best—Bulgaria, Switzerland, and India—I help you step out of your comfort zone and into the lives of others, creating personal relationships and memories that last long after the flight home.
